Samina Ahmad

Samina Ahmad is a Pakistani film and television actress, stage performer, producer, and director. Born on March 20, 1950, in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan, she has over 50 years of work experience in the Urdu entertainment industry. Ahmad has appeared in numerous successful series on PTV, including Waris (1979), Aahat (1991), and Family Front (1997). She has also been a part of popular comedy series such as Kis Ki Aayegi Baraat (2009–2012), Suno Chanda (2018), and its sequel Suno Chanda 2 (2019). In recognition of her contributions to the television industry, she was honored with the Pride of Performance award by the Government of Pakistan in 2011. With a Masters in Home Economics, Ahmad continues to leave a lasting impact on the Pakistani entertainment industry.
