Sandra Marquez

Sandra Marquez is an actor, director, and educator based in Chicago. She is a Jeff-nominated ensemble member of Steppenwolf Theatre, Teatro Vista, and Remy Bumppo Theatre Company. Marquez has worked with renowned companies such as Goodman Theatre, Victory Gardens, and Oregon Shakespeare Festival, as well as off-Broadway at Second Stage Theatre. She won a Jeff Award for her performance as Beatrice in Arthur Miller's A View from the Bridge. Marquez has also directed productions including Men on the Verge of Hispanic Breakdown and My Manana Comes. She is known for her portrayal of Clytemnestra in Aeschylus' Agamemnon at Court Theatre. Marquez is a respected figure in the Chicago theatre scene and has made notable contributions to the industry.
