Sandra Nelson

Sandra Nelson Winkler (born December 29, 1964) is an American actress. She is best known for her role as Phyllis Summers on the television series The Young and the Restless from 1997 to 1999. Nelson also appeared in the film The Wolf of Wall Street as Aliyah Farran. She has had guest roles in various TV shows including Highlander: The Series, Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, Star Trek: Voyager, ER, Monk, Without a Trace, and Just Legal. Nelson married Charles Winkler, a television and film director and producer, in 1998, and they divorced in 2012. They have a daughter born in 2000 and a son born in 2002.
