Sara Campbell is a British freediver known for her achievements in the sport. She was born in Banbury, Oxfordshire and attended Bancroft's School before studying German and Italian at Bristol University. Campbell worked in public relations in London until she moved to Dahab in 2005 to start a yoga holiday business. It was there that she discovered her talent for holding her breath and stumbled upon freediving. Sara Campbell is a former world record holder in free immersion, constant weight, and constant without fins. In 2009, she set a new women's freediving world record by diving to a depth of 96 meters in constant weight. Currently residing in Dahab, Egypt, Campbell teaches freediving and Kundalini yoga.
