Sarah Armstrong

Sarah Armstrong (born 1968) is an Australian journalist and novelist. She gained recognition for her work as a journalist with the ABC, where she worked on radio programs such as AM, PM, and The World Today. In 1993, Armstrong's exceptional skills earned her a prestigious Walkley Award. As a novelist, she has authored several books, including Salt Rain (2004), which won the Dobbie Encouragement Award and was shortlisted for the Miles Franklin Award and the Queensland Premier's Literary Awards.
