Savannah Brown (born July 21, 1996) is an American-British poet and author. Born in Cleveland, Ohio, Brown developed an interest in poetry through the works of Edgar Allan Poe and her eleventh grade English teacher. After graduating from Wadsworth High School in 2014, she moved to London. Brown gained recognition when her viral videos of original poems on self-love and female sexuality garnered attention. At the age of 19, she self-published her debut poetry collection, 'Graffiti (and other poems)', which became a finalist in the Goodreads Choice Awards. In 2020, she released her second poetry collection, 'Sweetdark', exploring vulnerability and pleasure in the face of chaos. Brown's deeply personal writing resonates universally.
