Scott Milne

Scott Edward Milne (born March 10, 1959) is an American businessman and perennial candidate from North Pomfret, Vermont. A Republican, Milne has run for various political offices in Vermont, including Lieutenant Governor, United States Senate, and Governor. He was the party's nominee for Lieutenant Governor in 2020, United States Senate in 2016, and Governor in 2014. Milne was born in Brooklyn, New York, and grew up in Barre, Vermont. His parents started Milne Travel American Express in 1975. Milne has a history of entrepreneurial pursuits, from selling newspapers and rabbits as a child to promoting concerts.
