Scott Wills Biography
Scott Wills (born 1971) is a New Zealand actor known for his work in films, television, and theatre. He gained recognition by winning the Best Actor award twice at the New Zealand Film and Television Awards. Wills attended Massey University in Palmerston North and obtained a Bachelor of Arts in English and Media Studies in 1992. He then pursued his passion for acting at Toi Whakaari, graduating with a Diploma in Acting in 1994. Wills made his television debut in 1992 with a role in the soap opera Shortland Street. He received the Chapman Tripp Best Newcomer award in 1997 for his performance in Mojo. Notable film credits include Hopeless, for which he won the New Zealand Film Award for Best Supporting Actor in 2000, and Stickmen, where he won the New Zealand Film Award for Best Actor in 2001.
