Sean Bury

Sean Bury (born August 15, 1954) is a British television and film actor from Brighton, Sussex, England. He gained recognition for his lead role as Paul Harrison in Lewis Gilbert's 1971 film Friends and its 1974 sequel Paul and Michelle. Bury began his career as a chorister at Winchester Cathedral Choir School and later attended Brighton College on a music scholarship. He received his training at Corona Stage School in London and made his stage debut in the West End production of Alan Bennett's 'Forty Years On'. Other notable stage performances include 'Poor Horace' and 'Clever Soldiers'. Bury has also appeared in films such as if.... and The Abominable Dr. Phibes.
