Sharon Needles

Sharon Needles (born November 28, 1981) is the stage name of Aaron Robert Coady, an American drag performer and recording artist. Needles gained international recognition on the fourth season of the reality competition series RuPaul's Drag Race, where she won the title of 'America's Next Drag Superstar' in April 2012. Following her victory, Needles released several albums, including the debut album PG-13 in 2013, which reached number 186 on the Billboard 200 and number nine on Dance/Electronic Albums. She continued to release successful albums such as Taxidermy, Battle Axe, Spoopy, and Absolute Zero. Despite facing criticism for racially insensitive behavior and sexual misconduct allegations, Needles remains active in the industry.
