Sharran Alexander (born 1965) is a British sumo wrestler and child minder. She gained recognition as one of the few women recognized by the British Sumo Federation. Alexander joined the British Sumo team for the Channel 4 television show 'Strictly Lady Sumo' and began competing in sumo competitions in 2006 at the age of 41. She has won four gold medals in international competitions and represented Great Britain in the World Sumo Championship. In 2013, she was listed in the Guinness World Records as the heaviest sportswoman, weighing 203.2 kg. Alexander also appeared in the film industry, starring in an undisclosed role in a movie.
