Simon Paisley Day Biography
Simon Paisley Day (born 13 April 1967), also credited as Simon Day, is an English stage and screen actor. He was born in Gillingham, Kent and studied Drama and American Literature at the University of East Anglia. After completing his degree, he trained at Bristol Old Vic for two years before starting his acting career. Paisley Day has made a name for himself in the theatre world, performing in plays such as The Taming of the Shrew, Hamlet, The Crucible, and Troilus and Cressida. On television, he has appeared in popular shows like Sherlock, Being Human, Midsomer Murders, Doctor Who, and Spartacus. In film, he has worked on projects including The Eagle of the Ninth, The Queen of Sheba's Pearls, and Churchill: The Hollywood Years.
