    Simon Rivers Biography
    Simon Rivers is an English actor, born Amardip Singh Nahal in 1978, known for his role as Kevin Tyler in the BBC soap opera Doctors. Born in Birmingham, West Midlands, to Sikh parents from Punjab, India, he is fluent in Hindi and Punjabi. Rivers changed his birth name to Simon Rivers to advance his career. After studying at RADA, he gained experience in theatre before appearing in various TV series, including Casualty and Crash. In 2011, he joined the cast of Doctors as Dr. Kevin Tyler, a role he played until October 2014.
