Sriram Parthasarathy

Sriram Parthasarathy is a Carnatic Classical Vocalist and renowned playback singer. Coming from a family of Classical Musicians, he has established himself as a disciple of Neyveli Santhanagopalan. Sriram has released several singles in the classical genre and has recorded numerous film songs for esteemed music directors like Ilayaraja, A. R. Rahman, Vidyasagar, Harris Jayaraj, and Deva. His renditions in songs like 'Aanandha Yazhai' from Thanga Meengal, 'Elangathu Veesudhe' from Pithamagan, and 'Suttum Vizhi Choodare' from Ghajini have been highly acclaimed. Sriram has received recognition for his performance in 'Shades of Blue: A Musical Tribute to Venmurasu,' alongside Kamal Haasan, Saindhavi, and Rajan Somasundaram. He has been honored with awards such as the Best Singer and Best Concert Award from the Music Academy, as well as the Yuva Kala Jyothi accolade.
