Stefano Tonchi

Stefano Tonchi is an Italian journalist, curator, and consultant born on October 13, 1959, in Florence, Italy. He has an extensive background in the magazine industry, having worked as the editor-in-chief of W magazine from March 2010 to June 2019. Prior to that, he served as the editor of T: The New York Times Style Magazine and worked at Esquire and L'Uomo Vogue. Tonchi has a Classic Studies degree from Liceo Classico Forteguerri in Pistoia, Italy. He currently resides in New York City and has been involved in various media projects, including the launch of Palmer, a luxury media brand, in March 2022.
