Stephanie Izard is an American chef and television personality. She gained fame as the first female chef to win Bravo's Top Chef during its fourth season. Izard is the co-owner and executive chef of three acclaimed Chicago restaurants - Girl and the Goat, Little Goat, and Duck Duck Goat. At the age of 27, she debuted her first restaurant, Scylla, as chef-owner. Izard's exceptional culinary skills were recognized with a James Beard Foundation Award for 'Best Chef: Great Lakes' in 2013 for her work at Girl and the Goat. She has since made appearances on Top Chef as both a guest judge and participant in Top Chef Duels. In 2017, Izard triumphed over renowned chefs Bobby Flay, Michael Symon, and Masaharu Morimoto to become Iron Chef on the Food Network series Iron Chef Gauntlet.
