Steve Furst, born Steven Jonathan Furst on September 3, 1967, is a British comedian, actor, and writer. He gained popularity through his appearances in the Orange mobile phone cinema adverts in the UK, where he portrayed the character of Eliot, a spoof studio executive, alongside Brennan Brown. Furst is also known for his regular appearances in the BBC comedy television programme Little Britain. Additionally, he has worked as a stand-up comedian and promoter, founding comedy nights such as The Double Six Club, The Youth Club, and The Regency Rooms. Furst has also worked under the name Lenny Beige, hosting comedy nights and even running for the 1997 general election in Putney. He has had two series on BBC Choice, featuring notable guests like Terry Wogan, Davina McCall, and Claudia Winkleman.
