Tamara Keith

Tamara Dawnell Keith (born September 25, 1979) is an American journalist and White House correspondent for NPR. She is best known as the co-host of the NPR Politics Podcast with Scott Detrow. Keith is also a regular contributor on the PBS NewsHour in the weekly segment 'Politics Monday'. She serves on the board of the White House Correspondents' Association, where she is currently the president. Keith began her career in radio as a 'teen essayist' for NPR's Weekend Edition Sunday and has since worked for various radio stations, including KQED, WOSU-FM, and KPCC. She has a graduate degree in journalism from the University of California, Berkeley.
