Tara Davis

Tara Davis-Woodhall (born May 20, 1999) is an American track and field athlete. She gained recognition in 2017 when she set the American junior women's record in the indoor long jump. Davis-Woodhall showcased her talent on a global stage by placing 6th in the women's long jump final at the 2020 Summer Olympics. In February 2023, she secured the national title in women's long jump, but faced a setback as she was stripped of the title and suspended for one month due to a failed drug test for cannabis use. Despite this setback, Davis-Woodhall went on to win the silver medal at the 2023 World Championships in the long jump event. Additionally, she is a talented hurdler.
