Theo Wilson (1917-1997) was an American reporter best known for her coverage of high-profile court cases for the Daily News of New York. Born Theodora Nadelstein on May 22, 1917, in New York City, she was the daughter of Adolph and Rebecca Nadelstein. Her father was the founder of Nadelstein Press. Wilson began her journalism career at the University of Kentucky, working at The Kentucky Kernel as a columnist and associate editor. After graduating Phi Beta Kappa in 1937, she joined the Evansville Press in Indiana and quickly rose to the position of tri-state editor. Later, she moved to Indianapolis to marry a television news personality.
