Tim Downie Biography
Tim Downie (born July 14, 1977) is an English actor and writer. He is best known for his roles in popular television series such as Toast of London, Outlander, and Upstart Crow, as well as films including Paddington and The King's Speech. Downie began his career after training at the Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts. He made his television debut in 1994 on an episode of ITV's police drama The Bill, followed by appearances on shows like Out of Tune, To Me... To You..., and Hollyoaks. Downie has also made guest appearances on Judge John Deed. He continues to be active in both TV and film projects.
