Tim Sampson
Tim Sampson (born 23 May 1976) is an Australian professional rugby union football coach. Currently serving as the assistant coach for the Melbourne Rebels in the Super Rugby Pacific competition, Sampson previously held the position of head coach for the Western Force. As a player, he represented Queensland and achieved two premierships with Sunnybank in Brisbane, primarily playing as a fly-half or inside centre. Sampson played for Sunnybank for over a decade and also had a stint with the Dublin-based club Wanderers F.C. in Ireland. In 2005, he was awarded the XXXX Medal for Queensland Premier Rugby player of the year, sharing the honor with his Sunnybank teammate James Sua. Sampson captained Sunnybank to their second premiership in 2007.
