Todd English

Todd English is an American celebrity chef, restaurateur, author, and television personality. Born on August 29, 1960, in Amarillo, Texas, he grew up in Sandy Springs, Georgia, and later Branford, Connecticut. English attended Guilford College on a baseball scholarship but decided to pursue a culinary career instead. He graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in 1982. English gained recognition for his work as the executive chef of the Italian restaurant Olives. He hosted the TV cooking show, Food Trip with Todd English, on PBS and also served as a judge on the show Cooking Under Fire. In addition, English works as lead chef for Delta Air Lines. He is known for his contributions to the culinary industry and his various ventures as a chef and author.
