Todd Matthews-Jouda (born June 20, 1979) is a hurdling athlete who represented Sudan after switching nationalities from the United States in September 2003. His personal best time in the 110m hurdles is 13.36 seconds, achieved in 2002 before switching to Sudan. As a Sudanese athlete, he set a national record of 13.45 seconds in October 2004. In 2003, Matthews-Jouda won a gold medal at the Afro-Asian Games, marking his first major international tournament for Sudan. He went on to become the African champion in July 2004 and represented Sudan at the Summer Olympics later that year, where he was also chosen as the flag bearer. Matthews-Jouda participated in the 2005 World Championships, finishing last in his heat.
