Tom Astor

Tom Astor (born 27 February 1943) is a German singer and composer known for his extensive country and western recordings. Throughout his career, he has collaborated with notable artists such as Johnny Cash, Kris Kristofferson, Dolly Parton, Kenny Rogers, and John Denver. Astor has recorded approximately 600 songs and released around 40 albums, selling over 4 million sound recordings. Some of his notable works include 'Grand Prix' (1976), 'Asphalt Cowboy' (1980), and 'Hallo Trucker' (1981). He has also released several popular country and western albums, including 'Country & Western Super Hits (Folge 1 & 2)' (1983) and 'Meine schönsten Country & Trucker Songs' (1989).
