Tom Beard, born Thomas LeRoy Beard Jr. on June 10, 1948, is a former professional American football center. He played in the National Football League (NFL) for the Buffalo Bills in 1972. Beard was selected by the Denver Broncos in the eighth round of the 1971 NFL Draft. In addition to his NFL career, he also played for the Lansing All Stars in the Midwest Football League (MFL) in 1971. Beard's primary position was center, and he served as a valuable asset to his teams during his football career.
