Tom Brislin
Tom Brislin is an American keyboardist, songwriter, singer, producer, and author. Born on October 5, 1973, in New Jersey, Brislin grew up in a musically inclined household. He was exposed to album-oriented 1970s rock acts through his older siblings and drew inspiration from pop acts and keyboardists as a young piano student in the 1980s. Brislin formed his first bands with childhood friends at the age of 10 and knew from an early age that he wanted to be a professional musician. In December 2018, he joined the American progressive rock band Kansas as their keyboardist, contributing his playing, vocals, and songwriting to their most recent studio album, The Absence of Presence (2020).
