Tom Feeney
Thomas Charles Feeney III (born May 21, 1958) is an American politician and former representative of Florida's 24th congressional district. He was born in Abington, Pennsylvania and later moved to Oviedo, Florida. Feeney graduated from Penn State University in 1980 and obtained a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1983. He began his political career in 1990 when he was elected to the Florida House of Representatives. After serving two terms, he ran for lieutenant governor of Florida in 1994. Feeney later returned to the Florida House in 1996 and became Speaker of the House in 2000.
