Tom Foreman
Born on December 6, 1959, Tom Foreman is an American broadcast journalist known for his extensive experience in the field. He began his career as a local television reporter in Montgomery, Alabama, at WSFA. He then went on to work for WWL-TV, the CBS affiliate in New Orleans, Louisiana. In 1990, Foreman became a national network correspondent for ABC World News Tonight with Peter Jennings and Nightline, based in Denver, Colorado. He later joined National Geographic, where he anchored National Geographic Today and won an Emmy award for his work on Inside Base Camp. Since 2004, Foreman has been a prominent member of CNN, reporting from their Washington DC Bureau on a wide range of topics including breaking political news and international crises. Throughout his career, he has covered events in all 50 states and over 20 countries.
