    Tom Henry, born Thomas Christopher Henry on November 8, 1951, is an American businessman and politician. He is known for serving as the 35th Mayor of Fort Wayne, Indiana and being a member of the Democratic Party. Prior to his mayoral position, Henry represented the 3rd District for five terms on the Fort Wayne City Council from 1984 to 2004. He is also the president and CEO of the Gallant Group, an insurance agency specializing in healthcare consulting. Henry attended Fort Wayne Central Catholic High School and served in the United States Army Military Police Corps from 1971 to 1973. He holds a bachelor's degree in psychology and an MBA from the University of Saint Francis.
