Tom Kerr

Tom Kerr was a British comic strip artist known for his work in comics such as Look-in, the Eagle, Valiant, and TV21. He also contributed to various annuals of the 1960s and 1970s, including the Monkees annuals and Look-in annuals. Kerr's strips included Boy Bandit in Jag (later Tiger) from 1968 to 1969, as well as the Tara King/The Avengers strip in TV Comic in 1968. He worked for a range of other comics, including Lion, Buster, Thunder, Knockout, Princess, and Jet. Although he was planned to draw the character Captain Britain, the idea was eventually dropped by IPC. Little is known about Kerr's personal life.
