Toshio Maeda

Toshio Maeda (前田俊夫) is an influential Japanese erotic manga artist who gained prominence in the 1980s and '90s. Known for his prolific work, Maeda's manga has served as the basis for various original video animations (OVA), including titles such as La Blue Girl, Adventure Kid, Demon Beast Invasion, Demon Warrior Koji, and his most notorious creation, Urotsukidōji (Legend of the Overfiend). Considered a pioneer of the hentai genre, Maeda's Urotsukidōji firmly established him in the history books both in Japan and abroad. Maeda's love for manga started at a young age, and he has always been an avid reader of diverse literature genres.
