Tracey Childs

Tracey Childs (born May 30, 1963) is an English actress, best known for her role as Lynne Howard in the 1980s drama series Howards' Way. She has also appeared in various other television shows including Sense and Sensibility (1981), Born and Bred (2002–2005), Hollyoaks (2003–2004), and Broadchurch (2013). Childs made her on-screen debut in the episode 'Wanted - a Good Home' of Upstairs, Downstairs. She has acted in The Prime of Miss Jean Brodie, The Scarlet Pimpernel, and the 1982 Bergerac episode 'A Perfect Recapture'. In addition, Childs played the role of Metella in the BBC's Doctor Who episode 'The Fires of Pompeii' and has appeared in stage productions such as Noël Coward's Private Lives.
