Tracey E. Bregman Biography
Tracey Elizabeth Bregman (born May 29, 1963) is an American actress best known for her role as Lauren Fenmore on the CBS soap operas The Young and the Restless and The Bold and the Beautiful. Born in Munich, Germany, to American musical arranger Buddy Bregman and Canadian-born actress Suzanne Lloyd, Bregman moved to California with her family at the age of 10. She began acting at the age of 11 and studied at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts and the Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute. Bregman made her acting debut in the 1978 television movie Three on a Date and later appeared on the daytime soap opera Days of Our Lives. In 1979, she received the Young Artist Award for Best Juvenile Actress in a Daytime Series.
