Tracy Baker

Trace Lee 'Tracy' Baker was a professional baseball player who played as a first baseman for the Boston Red Sox. Born on November 7, 1891, in Pendleton, Oregon, Baker attended the University of Washington where he played college baseball for the Huskies in 1910. Baker's major league career consisted of one game on June 19, 1911, where he executed a sacrifice bunt and made four putouts without any errors. Beyond baseball, Baker served in the US Army during World War I and worked in the Kaiser Shipyards during World War II. He passed away at the age of 83 in Placerville, California.
