Tracy Howe (born February 16, 1952) is a Canadian musician, singer, and songwriter known for his work with the band Rational Youth, as well as his involvement with The Normals and Heaven Seventeen. Born in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, Howe's musical journey began at the age of 15, and he has been actively playing in bands ever since. His professional music career took off in 1975 when he joined the Montreal punk band The Normals as a singer and drummer. Later, he became a drummer and singer for the Montreal band Heaven Seventeen.
