Tyler French

Tyler Jay French, born on 12 February 1999, is an English professional footballer currently playing as a defender for Greenock Morton, on loan from Dundee. He was born in Bury St Edmunds and attended Ormiston Sudbury Academy. French began his career in non-league football, playing for Long Melford, Hadleigh United, and A.F.C. Sudbury. Alongside his football career, he worked part-time building conservatory bases. In early 2019, he had trials with Football League clubs such as Barnsley and Charlton Athletic, and also trialed at Crystal Palace, Leicester City, and Ipswich Town. In May 2019, French signed a two-year professional contract with League Two club Bradford City.
