Tyler Gibson

Tyler Gibson (born January 12, 1991) is an American professional soccer player. He currently plays as a midfielder for USL Championship club Louisville City. Gibson had a successful college career at Charlotte, where he was a four-year starter and earned several accolades, including being named Atlantic 10 midfielder and Freshmen-of-the-Year in 2009. He was also a four-time All Atlantic 10 conference First Team selection and helped his team win a CUSA Conference Championship in his senior year. After college, Gibson was signed as a rookie by the Scorpions for the 2015 NASL season and quickly established himself as a key player, starting 22 matches. He later joined Rayo OKC in 2016 before joining FC Cincinnati in 2017.
