Valerio Mastandrea Biography
Valerio Mastandrea is an Italian film, stage, and television actor. Born on February 14, 1972, in Rome, he gained recognition in the early 1990s through his appearances on the Maurizio Costanzo Show. Mastandrea's breakthrough came with his role in the 1995 crime film Palermo – Milan One Way. He later starred in the sleeper box office hit We All Fall Down in 1997. Notably, Mastandrea won the David di Donatello for Best Actor for his performances in The First Beautiful Thing in 2010 and Ivano De Matteo's Balancing Act in 2013. He also received the David di Donatello for Best Supporting Actor for his role in Roberto Andò's Long Live Freedom.
