Vince Foster

Vincent Walker Foster Jr. (1945-1993) was an American attorney who served as deputy White House counsel during the first six months of the Clinton administration. He achieved prominence as a partner at Rose Law Firm in Little Rock, Arkansas. Foster, born in Hope, Arkansas, grew up alongside his childhood friend Bill Clinton. However, Foster became unhappy with his work in politics and fell into depression. Tragically, he was found dead of a gunshot wound in Fort Marcy Park in July 1993. While five governmental investigations concluded his death was a suicide, various conspiracy theories emerged surrounding the circumstances of his passing.
