Vladimir Burlakov Biography
Vladimir Burlakov (born July 22, 1987) is a German actor of Russian descent. He gained recognition for his role as Thomas Posimski in the television series Deutschland 83 and its sequel Deutschland 86. Burlakov was born in Moscow, Russia and moved to Germany with his family in 1996. He studied at the Otto Falckenberg School of the Performing Arts from 2006 to 2010. In November 2021, he publicly came out as gay and has a partner. Burlakov has appeared in films such as Lost in Siberia (2012), Bright Nights (2017), and Iron Sky: The Coming Race (2019). He has also made guest appearances in TV shows including Im Angesicht des Verbrechens (2010), SOKO Stuttgart (2011), and Tatort. Since 2020, he has been a main cast member in Tatort, portraying the character Leo Hölzer.
