William Gaunt Biography
William Charles Anthony Gaunt (born April 3, 1937) is an English actor known for his roles in television shows such as The Champions (1968–1969), No Place Like Home (1983–87), and Next of Kin (1995–97). He has also had numerous other television and stage roles throughout his career. Gaunt attended Giggleswick School and Baylor University before studying at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art. He began his career in repertory theatre and later spent a year in America. Gaunt's early television roles include appearances in Z-Cars and The Avengers. He also worked on productions at various theaters in the UK and had performances with the Royal Shakespeare Company.
