The Seven Deadly Sins is a fantasy anime series that takes place in the kingdom of Britannia. After the group of evil knights, known as the Seven Deadly Sins, were supposedly eradicated by the Holy Knights, rumors persist that they still exist. Ten years later, the Holy Knights stage a coup and assassinate the king, seizing power and becoming tyrannical rulers. The story follows Elizabeth, the king's daughter, on her quest to find the Seven Deadly Sins and seek their aid in reclaiming the kingdom.
