Yul Kwon Biography
Yul Kwon is an American television host, former government official, lawyer, and management consultant. He gained national recognition as the winner of the reality TV show Survivor: Cook Islands in 2006, and also appeared in Survivor: Winners at War, placing 14th. Kwon hosted the four-part TV series America Revealed on PBS in 2012 and hosted LinkAsia on Link TV. Born on February 14, 1975, in Flushing, New York City, Kwon is the son of South Korean immigrants. He attended Northgate High School in Concord, California, where he graduated valedictorian and participated in varsity water polo and track and field. Kwon graduated from Stanford University in 1997 with a B.S. degree in Symbolic Systems and was recognized for academic achievement and community service during his time as a student.
