Zelma Davis

Zelma Davis is a Liberian-born American singer-songwriter who is best known for her work with C+C Music Factory. She achieved success with the group's number-one dance hits 'Things That Make You Go Hmmm...' and 'Just a Touch of Love.' Davis has been recognized for her talent with numerous awards, including four American Music Awards, five Billboard Music Awards, and two MTV Video Music Awards. Despite being marketed as the principal vocalist of C+C Music Factory, it should be noted that other female vocalists also contributed to the group's debut album. Davis appeared in the music video for their hit single 'Gonna Make You Sweat,' although the vocals were actually performed by Martha Wash.
