Movies Like Don't Move

A grieving mother visiting a secluded state park encounters a man who injects her with a paralytic agent. As the drug progressively immobilizes her, she must use running, fighting and hiding to survive and reach help before her body shuts down, confronting both physical threat and recent loss and trauma.
