Conor Marsh, a reclusive Baltimore resident in 1987, adopts a new video game called OBEX; when his dog Sandy vanishes and supernatural phenomena emanate from his home electronics, Conor is transported into the game's surreal world and must navigate its dangers to recover his pet as events blur his perception.
