Young D'Artagnan arrives in Paris aiming to become a musketeer, only to find the royal corps disbanded by Cardinal Richelieu, who schemes to increase his influence. Athos, Porthos and Aramis continue defending the king, and D'Artagnan teams with them to uncover and oppose Richelieu's conspiracy against the crown, defending honor.
