Motorvalley follows Elena, an engineer and heiress excluded from her family's racing operation after a technical scandal and her father's death. She founds independent team SC17 in Emilia-Romagna's Motor Valley, recruiting street racer Blu and retired champion Arturo to compete in the Italian Gran Turismo Championship across regional racing circuits.
