Aaron Lazar is an American actor, singer, and entrepreneur known for his work on Broadway, television, film, and concerts. Born in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, he attended Cherry Hill High School West where he participated in musicals and competed in track and field. Lazar went on to graduate magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Art degree from Duke University, where he also completed the prerequisite classes for medical school. He then earned an MFA in musical theater from the University of Cincinnati – College-Conservatory of Music. Lazar has appeared in eleven Broadway and National Tour productions, including The Phantom of the Opera, The Last Ship, and Les Misérables. With over forty professional productions to his name, he has showcased his talent in various shows like A New Brain and Gentlemen Prefer Blon.
